Step 1 - When you first open it, turn the bottom handle to the right about 10-20 times to start the first drop.
Step 2 - Then turn it half to one full rotation at a time to control the oil coming out.
Step 3 - Once the oil starts to adhere to the brush, gently apply it to the nails and cuticle line to allow it to penetrate.
Step 4 - Apply frequently when nails and cuticles feel dry for best results.
